Floral Delight Friendship Card

I was able to play along with Mystery Monday again this week, and I enjoyed being able to text and play along with my friend Connie during that!

For my card, I decided to use the Floral Delight Designer Series Paper, Dotted Circles Embossing Folder, and greeting from the Thankful Garden stamp set.  Here's how the card turned out:

Hope you like it!

February Hello Spring Paper Pumpkin Alternates

I finished the Paper Pumpkin cards from the February kit last night!  I decided to trim down the card fronts from the kit so a bit of my Basic Beige card stock bases would show through.  I used the leftover strips to decorate the inside of the cards, and to create an alternate design (along with stamps from the Thankful Garden Bundle).  This was a fun kit to create with!  Which of the card designs do you like best?

I'm very excited to receive this month's Paper Pumpkin as well!  Here's a little sneak peek for it:

If you'd like to get the Inked Occasions kit, be sure to sign up for it by April 10th!  You can find out more about Paper Pumpkin here.

SUper Friends February Flowers Cards

I have a SUper Friends Saturday post for you today!   The SUper Friends are my demonstrator group (plus some special friends who have joined us along the way).

I'm a little behind in sharing our swap cards, so finally have the February swap cards to show you.  Our theme in February was flower cards.  So fun to see everyone's different take on the challenge -- including some fun fold cards!

Kallien used the Citrus Blooms Bundle  for her beautiful card.  (I love how she cut the frame and orange and blossoms out of designer series paper!)

Here's the inside, stamped to coordinate with the card front:

For her wonderful card, Connie M. used the Mixed Florals Bundle, along with the Spotlight on Nature Dies and gingham paper from the Everyday Happiness Designer Series Paper:

Connie finished the inside with some coordinating stamping and a strip of designer paper:

Judy created her fabulous fun fold card (which she adapted to the A2 size from Sam Calcott's Book Cradle Card) with the Floral Wishes Suite Collection, plus some of the beautiful brass butterflies:

Sheila's magnificent fun fold is a twist open card inspired by Rachel Tessman and using the Layers of Beauty Bundle along with the Unbounded Beauty Designer Series Paper:

I created a gate fold card with the Irresistable Blooms Bundle, combined with the Marbled Elegance Designer Series Paper (wonderful for more than just Valentine's Cards!).  I did some stamping on the designer series paper as well as the inside of the card:

Thanks so much to the SUper Friends for another amazing swap!

Thank you for visiting my blog!

A Rainbow and Bit of Green for St. Patrick's Day

Happy St. Patrick's Day!  Thought I'd share a rainbow card and a card with a bit of green today.

The rainbow card is made with the Everyday Arches dies, and the sky paper is from the Everyday Skies Designer Series Paper Pack, while the rainbow is cut from different sheets of the Beautiful Bokeh Designer Series Paper Pack.

For the "green" card, I used the Terrific Toadstools Bundle along with the Spotlight on Nature Dies and the Toadstool Gardens Designer Series Paper (from Sale-a-Bration).  I finished the card with some Brass Butterfly embellishments.

Hope you are having a wonderful day!

Delightful Birthday Wishes Card

Here is a card made with the Delightful Wishes Bundle -- I used quite a few of the stamps and dies on this one!  I also used the Everyday Arches die and the Modern Herringbone 3D Embossing folder.

I finished the inside with some stamping and a strip of embossed Coastal Cabana Card Stock.  Should I have die cut the white card stock for the inside with a die from the Everyday Arches as well?

Memorable Blooms Meets Textured Notes for a CASE the Designer Challenge!

I am finally sharing a card that I made, inspired by last month's Stampin Through the Catalog guest designer Nicole (@kreatives_papierwunder).  I used some of the new Online Exclusive products available this month to create my card -- specifically, the Textured Notes Dies (love the detail around the frames of these!) and the Mini Corrugated 3D Embossing Folder.

The flowers and greeting are made with the Memorable Blooms Bundle.  I used watercolor pencils to color the flowers, using colors to coordinate with the colors I'd ink blended and splattered onto white card stock before embossing that layer.
