SUper Friends Clean and Simple March Swap Cards

Catching up on photos from another fabulous SUper Friends swap today!  For our March swap, my SUper Friends demonstrator group decided to create clean and simple cards.  And, I think you'll agree with me that these cards show that clean and simple can still have that absolute wow factor!

Judy's card has lovely white on white layers with some beautiful stamping with the Petal Park stamp set, coordinating punch, and some sweet pearls:

Jaya also used the Petal Park stamp set and coordinating punch for her elegant card, but used two colors for the two-step stamping of the leaves and has her blooms in multiple colors:

Kallien's creation shows off the Dainty Delight stamp set, which she colored in and then embossed with one of the Basics 3D Embossing Folders before layering on her card base:

Kallien also created a beautiful matching envelope for her card:

Margery's card features beautifully watercolored images from the March Paper Pumpkin kit on a die cut piece from the Scalloped Contours Dies, that fits in a pocket on the front of the card that's embossed with the Cane Weave 3D Embossing Folder:

For my card, I decided to combine marker-colored images from the Taco Fiesta stamp set with a frame created by one of the Radiating Stitches dies:

New Catalog Open House Projects and More

 Hi!  I had great fun on Sunday hosting a new catalog open house with my friend Connie M!  It was so wonderful to be able to spend time sharing new products, creativity, and some great conversations and laughter with the friends who were able to join us!   Here are some photos of the event and displays:

I'd found some fun flowers at a grocery store that were a natural color and had died them using the new In Color refills and some of the new core color ink refills:

We had three make and takes projects.  Connie had designed a card featuring the new Bright and Beautiful Suite Collection in combination with the Circle Sayings Bundle.  Here are some of the cards that were made:

Another make and take was to make a note card size version of one of the samples with the Countryside Inn Suite Collection from page 62 of the new catalog.  I also added an element from the Cheerful Daisies Bundle, which we embellished with the some of the new Metallic Enamel Effects (in addition to the Gold & Vanilla Satin Edged Ribbon and a strip of Distressed Gold Specialty Paper):

We also had a quick tag project with the new In Colors.  We started with a piece of the new core color, Bubble Bath, cut with Tailor Made Tag dies, and layered on pieces cut from the In Colors (Copper Clay, Boho Blue, Mild Mauve, Wild Wheat, and Pebbled Path) with the Paper Florist Dies:

We also had some doorprizes, and those were decorated with some tags made with the Crafting with You Bundle (the frame is cut in new core color Pecan Pie, and the flower images and message are stamped in new In Colors):

SUper Friends Fun Fold February Swap Cards

Hello!  Finally sharing with you some amazing cards that my SUper Friends demonstrator group created back in February for our Fun Fold February swap! 

Jaya created this impressive pop-up card, using the Gingko Branch Bundle:

The center of the pop up contains a pocket with a tag where a note can be added for the recipient.

Judy-Ann's gorgeous card is a bridge fold, made with the Sentimental Park stamp set and dies.  I especially love all the paper pieced flowers, the gold foil strips and the gems she added!

Margery created this awesome W fold card, using the Seaside Bay set and Friends are Like Seashells:

The seashell tassel on the front is so much fun, and here's the W fold surprise when you open the card:

Kallien's beautiful card, featuring the Beautifully Happy stamp set and the little flowers from the Two Tone Flora stamp set, also opens to reveal a fun surprise:

Kallien's card is a gatefold magic window shutter that reveals a special message inside:

For her adorable card, Cathy used the Adorable Owls stamp set along with the Dainty Flowers designer series paper.   Cathy's card also features a fun surprise:

The card opens to reveal that it is a peek a boo flip fun fold:

For her lovely card, Agnes used the Ornate Garden Suite, and this idea for making a fun fold with a half sheet of designer series paper:

2023-2024 Catalog is Here!

 Hi!  Quick post today to say that the Stampin' Up! 2023-2024 Catalog is here!  You can view the catalog by clicking here. 

Demonstrators were able to preorder some new products last month, so I've been having fun creating with the new stamps and papers I purchased.  One of the first new projects I created is this card, which used the Countryside Corners dies, Countryside Inn designer series paper and the Crafting with You Bundle:
