Fabulous Friends Friday: SUper Friends December Yankee Swap Craft Projects

Happy Friday!!!   Hope this has been a great week for you!  It has been a busy week here, and it started with a super-fun gathering with my SUper Friends!!!  For our December gathering, we'd decided to do a Yankee Swap with any homemade items.  Here are the packages waiting to be opened:

Jana's packaging was so creative and gorgeous!  She created a super-sized Self-Closing Box, decorated with the Candy Cane Lane Designer Paper and die cuts created with the Santa's Sleigh Bundle.  The ribbon is the Real Red Stitched Ribbon, and is retiring, but currently available at a discount as part of the Year-End Closeouts here.  Inside was a beautiful infinity scarf and some preserves created by Jana:

Margery created this gorgeous "Santa Stop Here" chalkboard sign.  The poinsettias are so pretty, and I love the characters Margery added along the bottom of the sign, using the Cookie Cutter Christmas bundle:

Agnes created this stunning "Tree of Life" necklace:

Judy-Ann made this perfectly elegant rose jewelry ensemble (it came in a darling handmade box, too, but in all the excitement, I somehow didn't get a photo of that -- well, other than in the photo of all the gifts above, where it is the green box with the pretty red ribbon bow):

Nancy sewed this beautiful wreath:

Here it is looking pretty on my tree!

And, here's the gorgeous box it came in (and here's a link to a great tutorial for making these):

The first item I created was this handmade-snow-globe-topped jar filled with candies:

And, a closer view of the tag on the jar:

Stampin' Up! products used on this project are the Real Red Stitched Ribbon, Layering Circle Framelits, Stitched Shapes Framelits, Holly Berry Builder Punch, Stitched with Cheer Stamps, and Bunch of Banners Framelits, papers (including Silver Glimmer Paper, which makes a wonderfully sparkly base for a snow globe!), and inks (including Crumb Cake, Chocolate Chip, Emerald Envy, and Real Red).

Also in my gift was this little box, made following the box tutorial, and decorated with die cuts from the Christmas Pines Bundle:

I tucked these earrings, made with the Christmas Trinkets Embellishments (half off right now as part of the Year-End Closeout, while supplies last!) and on a piece of Crumb Cake cut with the Layering Circle Framelits, inside the box:

Hope you enjoyed these projects and are inspired to craft some gifts yourself!

Thanks for visiting my blog!
