Hope your weekend is off to a great start! I have been having fun creating some Easter projects, so thought it would be fun to share some of those today.
I have had the Delicate Details Treat Boxes for a while, and finally decide to do something with them! These boxes are currently available at a discounted price as part of the Last Chance list promotion, but are only available while supplies last, so if you like them, be sure to get them before it is too late!
The Delicate Details boxes are so beautiful as is, but I wanted to add some fun spring color to them, and found that if you add an extra sheet of Basic White card stock under the beautiful die cut pattern while you are brushing color on, you can use that to create some fun coordinating tags:
The colors used for these boxes are Coastal Cabana, Bermuda Bay, and Pacific Point on one treat box and Mango Melody, Calypso Coral and Melon Mambo on the other one. The egg cards were made using the Framed Florets dies. I stamped an image from the retiring Daffodil Daydream set across the egg and added a die cut from the Brilliant Wings dies (also retiring, still available at a discount, but only while supplies last). I attached the tags to the boxes with either Soft Succulent or Polished Pink Open Weave Ribbon (both of which are also retiring, but available at a discount while supplies last), and twine from the In Color Bakers Twine pack.
I decided to make a few more of these, but changed up the colors to Polished Pink, Mango Melody and Pale Papaya. Instead of butterflies, I used some flowers created with the Petal Park Bundle to decorate the tags:
Last but not least, I wanted to share a bunny tag made with the bunny from the Playing in the Rain Bundle. The tag is made with the dies from the Something Fancy Die set:
Hope you enjoyed seeing these projects and that they inspire you to create some fun treat packaging as well! Please let me know if you have any questions about these. I've added links to the products I mentioned so you can see them in my online store if you would like.
Thanks so much for visiting my blog!
