Today's card is similar in design to the
In Color -
Jar of Flowers cards in my last post, but with a couple fun twists.
Here's the card front. If you look closely you might notice that I used one of the
Mason Jar Shaker Domes, and it is filled with flower seeds!
When you open the card front, two surprises are revealed - one is that there is a slider piece that pulls out so that the seeds can be removed without destroying the card, and the other is that there is a gatefold inside the card:

The paper on either side is homemade designer series paper, created by pressing wildflowers between sheets of watercolor paper in the Big Shot (I used some wildflowers from my garden -- California Poppies, Scarlet Pimpernel, and more . . . ). The borders were created with the
Ornate Borders Dies.
