Fabulous Friends Friday: Five Fantastic Projects by Marlene

Happy Friday!  Hope you are having a wonderful day!  Things are going well here . . . had a great walk with a friend this morning and now am waiting for my youngest to return home from his school science camp.  Have missed him and am looking forward to having him back!!  Not sure his brother feels the same . . . we'll see! ;)

Anyway, I have some fantastic projects to share with you!  Marlene and I have been swapping again, and for Fabulous Friends Friday today, I thought it would be fun to share these five projects with you.

The first is a beautiful tag Marlene created to go on a special box of fortune cookies for Lunar New Year.  She layered die cuts made with the squares from the Stitched Shapes Framelits to create the tag.  The stamps are from the Artistically Asian stamp set.  The ribbon is from the Sale-a-Bration Metallic Ribbon Combo pack.

Marlene also created this cute heart tag, using the Sweet and Sassy Framelits Dies, the Happy Heart Textured Impressions Embossing Folder and the Sending Love Designer Series Paper Pack.  I love the dimension of the folded and layered hearts in the center as well as the texture!  Such a fun way to dress up a package with love!

The next project is an extended version of the Baker's Box, decorated with paper from the Sending Love Designer Series Paper Pack, and Red Glimmer Paper die cuts created with the Sunshine Wishes Thinlits and Love Notes Framelits:

It also has a cute tag created with the Sweet and Sassy Framelits Dies, the Happy Heart Textured Impressions Embossing Folder, and some Wink of Stella for sparkle.  It's attached to the box with a Gold Binder Clip and embellished with some Sending Love Ribbon.

Next is a gorgeous card, created with die cuts from the Sunshine Wishes Thinlits, some Real Red card stock embossed with the Happy Heart Textured Impressions Embossing Folder, and the gorgeous Inside the Lines Designer Series Paper (a Sale-a-Bration exclusive -- be sure to get yours before it is too late!):

And, here's the beautifully finished inside:

Last but definitely not least is this amazing "Four Way" free-standing card, featuring the Beautiful You Stamp Set and gorgeous Falling in Love Designer Series Paper:

The paper piecing on the hats and dresses is gorgeous, and I love how Marlene used the Lace Doilies on the spinning heart in the center.  Each side is such a work of art!

Hope you enjoyed these gorgeous projects as much as I am!  Thanks for the fabulous projects, Marlene!!  And, thank you for visiting my blog!
