SUper Friends New Catalog Clean and Simple Swap Cards

Hi!  School is out now, and some of my SUper Friends group and I were able to gather last week for a fabulous time of catching up, talking about the new Stampin' Up! catalog, and swapping!  Our theme for this swap was clean and simple cards using products in the new catalog.

Connie M. created her gorgeous card using the Love What You Do stamp set, Share What You Love Specialty Designer Series Paper, Rich Razzleberry Velvet Ribbon, and Petal Burst Textured Impressions Embossing Folder:

Nancy also chose products from the Share What You Love Suite for her beautiful creation.  She used the  Love What You Do stamp setShare What You Love Specialty Designer Series Paper, along with the Lovely Floral Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder:

Connie S. created this stunning note card, using the Crafting Forever Stamp Set, with the pen images colored with Stampin' Blends:

Connie S. also created a bonus Twist Gate Fold card, using the Picture Perfect Party Designer Series Paper:

Margery's sweet creation is made with the Bubble Over stamp set and coordinating Bottles and Bubbles Framelits:

Margery also created this magical Bridge Fold Card, using the Magical Day stamp set and Silver Embossing Paste with the brick design from the Pattern Party Decorative Masks

Agnes created this perfectly-timed masculine card using the Apron of Love stamp set and coordinating Apron Builder Framelits:

I decided to create a card with the Rooted in Nature Bundle:

The focal image tree is first stamped in Mint Macaron, then branches were colored with a Soft Suede Stampin' Write Marker and darker foliage was added to the tree with some swipes of a Tranquil Tide Stampin' Write Marker.  Here's a close up of that:

I've been playing around with the new embossing mats, so used one of the dies from the bundle to emboss a piece of Mint Macaron for the inside of the card:

I also created some "bonus" cards with some artsy pieces I'd made using Kim Jolley's Not Your Mother's Shaving Cream Technique and the Crafting Forever Stamp Set, colored with Stampin' Blends:

Hope you enjoyed these creations!  Thanks so much for visiting my blog!
